FRESH ORGANIC GOJI BERRIES "LYCIUM BARBARUM" FOR IMMUNE DEFENSE - RICH IN ANTIOXIDANTS AND VITAMINS : A - B - C - E - HELPS VISTYA - SUPER ENERGETIC
Still little known in Europe, the Goji berry ( Lycium Barbarum) enjoys an excellent medicinal reputation worldwide due to their high antioxidant power. They are eaten fresh, dried or squeezed to drink their juice, but in order to get the maximum benefit of their health-giving qualities, it is essential to eat them fresh. Only in this way can we obtain up to 400 times more vitamin C than in an orange (vitamin C being a thermolabile active ingredient in dried berries is absent). Goji's antioxidant power is the highest of all known elements; it is also an excellent source of polysaccharides not found in any other plant species. They also contain 18 types of amino acids, 22 complex polysaccharide molecules, including 4 specific ones that stimulate the body's natural defences and therefore have anti-ageing properties. Goji boosts the immune system, has anti-inflammatory properties, lowers cholesterol and blood sugar levels, improves calcium assimilation and relieves the liver. It is effective in cases of fatigue and immune weakness, hypertension, urinary infections, and for the prevention of eye disorders. It slows the growth of cancerous tumours, and reduces the side effects of cancer treatments. Many researchers claim that Goji (Lycium Barbarum) is among the foods that delay cellular ageing. We recommend 60 to 90 days' treatment with 15 to 25 grams a day, consumed in the morning before breakfast, possibly crushed (you can also use an immersion grinder) in a juice or fruit juice, as its benefits, first and foremost as an energy source, can be seen within an hour of consumption. To have a long-term reserve of goji berries, it is advisable to freeze the product; this preservation allows all its beneficial characteristics to remain intact.
